Raghsa's new office is located on the ninth floor of the Riverside Madero in Puerto Madero.

It has a covered and uncovered area of ​​700 m2 each and with a 360 view of the City of Buenos Aires, which allows the office to have natural light in all spaces.

The starting point of this project was the well-being of people in the work space, for this reason, a neuralgic space was developed, a meeting point. A relaxed place of connection for all the areas and the different uses of the office.

The distribution is made up of open space positions, private offices, meeting rooms, coffee and meeting and recreation areas on the terraces.

Noble materials, natural woods and trendy, elegant and persistent design furniture that coexist with technology for internal communication systems and meetings were used.

In addition, recycled materials were chosen for sound absorption, which generate both acoustic comfort and decorative details.

As for the colors and lighting, a neutral palette was chosen with touches of color in all the spaces, emphasizing the warmth of the wood.

In the coffee area, the colors on the tables stand out, as well as the wallpaper and paint based on dry green in its different ranges.

Wallpapers also played an important role in open space offices with simple geometric designs or neutral colors to give texture and warmth.
