BCIE’s new offices in our country stand on a floor in the emblematic "Pirelli" building, located on a corner, overlooking the Retiro station and the surroundings of Plaza San Martín.
The general concept comprises the development of a new work space that reflects corporate identity, with a sober and contemporary aesthetic, highlighting certain characteristics of the building and paying special attention to the choice of materials such as wood, and a neutral palette with color accents.
Keeping in mind the unusual shape of the building floor plan (in the form of a trapezoid), we sought to take full advantage of the development of the façade to locate working and meeting spaces, ensuring access of natural light and views.
Towards the center of the story, and around the vertical core of services, there is a section that groups support areas, technical rooms and other working spaces, such as the coffee point that responds to the requirements of a functional space, comfortable for both diners and, informal meetings.
The meeting rooms are designed in such a way as to function individually and in an integrated manner, through a system of movable partition walls..
We worked on the choice of recycled materials for sound damping, which generate both acoustic comfort and decorative details in all different spaces."
